This past week, my team and I attended a terrific lecture on Practice Management, given by Dr. Steve Rasner of New Jersey.
During this information packed day, Dr. Rasner talked about the importance of personal patient care and the attention to detail. While all of us try to deliver outstanding care, all too often in the course of our daily stressful jobs and lives, we tend to sometimes slack off. During this meeting Dr. Rasner talked about how team members can support and encourage other team members so that we always keep at our peak performance on both the technical delivery of our services and in our interpersonal skills with our patients. With this in mind, we will continue to strive for the best possible patient care and to provide for all of our patients a knowledgeable, comfortable and supportive dental home.

This is good news. For a lot of people who are afraid to go to the dentist, it’s comforting to know that the dentists and clinic staff are friendly and accommodating. Thank you!
