If you’re a patient of ours and you have an email address then I’m sure you are familiar with Smile Reminder, our on line appointment reminder system.  Many of our patients have expressed how much they appreciate the email and text reminders telling them of their upcoming appointments.  Missed appointments are frustrating to everyone and this has helped minimize them.  
We also use the system to send out surveys after recent visits to the office.  We want your feedback on how we are doing and appreciate the time you take to complete them.  A new add-on feature to the survey will be the ability to post your comments directly to Google.  So if you like us, feel free to tell the world along with your friends and family.  We love referrals.
